Amid the onslaught of globalization and the ever-escalating consumerism, MCA is proud to present to you another community service program entitled: “Certify Your Profession, Put Up Your Skill Badge”. This was designed to assist our workforce to attain proper skill accreditation that is recognized both domestically and internationally.

Majlis Latihan Vokasional Kebangsaan (MLVK)
国家技术培训理事会

• 设立于1989年5月，附属人力资源部门，此理事会乃由十位来自私人领域或公共部门组成，附加两位人力资源部成员，并由人力资源部总秘书出任主席。
   
• 其任务为策划，提升技术水平，协调及制定技职培训课程，以供人力资源技职发展。援助开发研究国家职业技能标准及发给马来西亚技术文凭Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM)于技术资格受鉴定的申请者。
   
• Majlis Latihan Vokasional Kebangsaan was established in May 1989. The Council consists of 10 members from the private sector and public sector respectively with two additional members who are chaired by the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Human Resources.
   
• MLVK is responsible for the formulation, promotion and coordinating of strategies and programs for human resource development, undertakes to develop NOSS and issue a Malaysian Skill Certificate for every verified candidate after the verification process.

• IMI offers a comprehensive portfolio of national qualification, both technical and non-technical and is the only awarding body which is totally focused on the skills requirements of the automotive sector since 1920 in the U.K.
  
   

City & Guilds (C&G)U.K
英国城市伦敦行业协会

• 英国伦敦城市行业协会乃是英国最著名的职业审核团体，创立于1878年至今，此非盈利组织在全球拥有超过8，500间核准审核中心，审核高达50%全英国的国家技能资格National Vocational Qualification (NVQ).
   
• 由农业到发行设计，科技到汽修，保健到公共服务以及管理课程，提供500多种行业资格审核。
   
• 透过专业培训学院，公共机构，大学，商业及私立训练中心的资格评估方式每年发出超过一百万张国际认可证书与文凭。
  
   
• City & Guilds is the leading vocational awarding body in the UK. Established since 1878, the non profit organization has more than 8,500 approved City & Guilds centers worldwide, awarding almost 50% of UK all National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs).
   
• From agriculture to hairdressing, IT to vehicle maintenance, healthcare to community services. City & Guilds offers more than 500 qualifications in almost all sectors and provides a range of office-based qualifications, and a comprehensive set of management.
   
• Assessments and qualifications are delivered through further education colleges, businesses, private training providers as well as the public sector, and some universities. Altogether the City & Guilds Group awards over one million certificates every year.
